Features:

(1)The two oil cylinders are fixed on right and left wallboard, have reasonable force, the bottom dead point is positioned by the block in oil cylinder so have a simple structure.

(2)A hydraulic system is used for the machine, top driven system; the speed can be adjusted in a large range, reliable.

(3)The position of the back gauge and the stroke of the ram are displayed by digital displays, and can be adjusted manually.

(4)The dies are equipped with adjusting wedges of high precision

(1)Ram synchronization during the stroke is controlled by a mechanical torque synchronic system, gauges balanced, has high precision, if the length is above 4 meters, two machines can work together.

(5)We use Holland DELEM or Sweden CYBELEC CNC Control system, which can achieve bending angle Graphical programming, angle compensation correction, automatic calculation of bending pressure and automatically adjustment, automatic calculation of table deformation compensation amount, the expending length of the workpiece, press down the bending pressure, opening distance, back gauge automatic concessions, and other features.
